• Hot and cold hydrocarbons (fuel oil pumps, topped crude oil pumps, 330°C diesel fuel pumps, 330°C vacuum distillation heavier fraction pumps, 200°C thermal oil pumps, bitumen pumps, gasoline pumps at oil refinery atmospheric and vacuum distillation units, cracking, reforming, oligomerization units).
• Chemically aggressive fluids and solvents (MEK (methyl-ethyl-ketone), MEA, phenol, pulp & paper liquors, NaOH, hydrochloric acid, tall oil rectification products and acidic waste water, mixers at bleach plants, phosphoric acid, spirits, etc.)
• Hot water (condensate pumps, boost pumps, boiler feed water pumps, heating water pumps, make-up heating water pumps, circulation pumps)
• High pressure applications (32 MPa plunger pumps for oil aldehydes with propane-hexane fraction, 10 MPa methanol pumps)
• Moderately abrasive fluids at water supply and waste-water facilities, mine drainage water pumps, mud pumps
• Saturated and superheated steam (power plant valve packing and gaskets).

Important:

The range of sealing products and materials is wide, because, in our opinion, universal materials usually show poor performance. We recommend that you order products with our help. We shall also train your personnel (free-of-charge) to install and use such seals correctly.
